Sustainability leadership programme
Step 1: Understand How You Create Impact
We unearth the patterns, instincts, and ways of thinking that shape how you influence others and respond under pressure.
When you’re always reacting to the scroll of bad news stories in sustainability, it’s hard to create impact. We look at what drives you, what steadies you, and re-wire anything that isn’t working in your day‑to‑day leadership.
You come away feeling more grounded and able to lead in a way that works for you.
Step 2: Strengthen Your Leadership Presence
We uncover and your natural style and learn how to use it to create impact in a way that feels authentic and achievable.
We look at the conditions that help you do your best work, and the strengths that make your leadership distinctive.
We focus here now, because impactful leadership comes when you’re operating from your natural strengths and preferences.
You start showing up with more confidence and ease, and a presence that feels really ‘you’.

Design the change you want to lead
You map the change you want to create for nature, climate and people, and the relationships that will help you make it happen.
We explore where your effort is best spent, and how to build the network that amplifies your impact.
Instead of feeling like you’re battling for every inch, you step onto a clearer, more spacious road, where you’re choosing your direction and gathering the right people around you.

Make it Stick in the Real World
We turn your design into action through planning and learning from the real conversations, decisions, and moments of influence that will help you succeed.
We anticipate and problem solve tricky dynamics, and build habits that keep you moving, even when the pressure ramps up.

Here are the practicalities of how it works:
Chemistry Call (30 mins – Free)
We’ll meet to explore whether my coaching is right for you, and whether we’re a good fit.
You share what brings you here, I explain how I work, and we discuss what coaching is (and isn’t).
If a sponsor (like your manager or HR partner) is involved, they’re welcome to join.
The Coaching Programme
Six 90 min sessions | Between-session support | Optional add-ons
Before We Begin
You’ll receive pre-session prompts to help shape our focus.
I may offer short diagnostics or reflection exercises to support our work.
Between Sessions

Our Partnership
This coaching space is responsive, high-trust, and led by what matters most to you.
I hold up a “human mirror”—reflecting back what I observe, sense, and hear, to deepen your self awareness and spark growth.
If you arrive with an urgent challenge, we integrate it with your broader goals.
Sessions are usually remote, but in-person can be arranged. We can meet indoors or outdoors, online, or on the phone.
We also acknowledge that life shifts - and you can pause or step away if needed.
All I ask is that we begin with full commitment to the process.
